How to Set Selection Preferences in Word 2016
In the Current Style box at the top, drop down the disclosure triangle at the far right of the name "Normal" and choose Modify style. In the bottom left of the Window that appears, open the Format drop-down list and choose Paragraph. OK that. In the Modify Style dialog that appears, at the bottom left, check the Add to template checkbox.
OK the dialog. Hope this helps. Thanks for marking this as the answer. How satisfied are you with this reply?
